"The last two years or so I have been trying various pizza places on Staten Island, I must have tried at least two dozen since lockdown. Tony's Original Pizza, a quaint little shop in Tompkinsville, was a place I found as I was driving home from work. I didn't expect much from it since it was hidden behind victory boulevard. I was incredibly wrong. The pizza is incredible. I got a half mushroom half cheese pie. After a 30-minute drive the pizza was still moist and the crust is incredible. Even after microwaving it the crust still retains its moisture and is perfectly crisp. The sauce, cheese and the toppings are really fresh and are not at all stale. This place is incredible and i highly recommend it."
