"Update: came in for the first time in years, and was immediately reminded of why I stopped coming to this location. Dirty, rude, and served a contaminated product (chunks of plastic in my drink). I don't understand how they get it so wrong and so slow seemingly all the time. They've recently become far more rude as well. Dunkin needs to send someone in to this franchise and retrain on everything."

"Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I arrived ona Friday evening 8:30 pm with my daughter and friends for ice cream. The employee waiting on us was very rude. We sat down to eat ice cream and they started turning the lights off in the area we were sitting in. I asked when they closed and was informed 10:00 pm ( 1 1/2 from the time we were there) I asked them to turn the light on in the area where we were seated. Since they weren’t closing and we were still eating in the area. Shortly after we were asked to move so they could clean…. We politely told them that they could clean around us and we were almost done we would bet leaving soon. Which resulted in more rudeness from the employees working. I could understand if they were closing soon and needed to clean to go home but that wasn’t the case. Absolutely unacceptable behavior to customers!"

"I go here often, and the service is decent. The actual food is typical Dunkin food, so it would normally be 5 starts, but the service here is remarkably slow. Usually I’d make a mobile order and things would be either 1. Forgotten 2. Take too long despite being very simple Not to mention the time I was charged a dollar for ice water. Most places have it for free. It’s literally WATER. I’d recommend stopping here, but keep in mind that service is slow if there’s more then 2 people inside."

"Don't really like to leave negative reviews, but I was the only customer in the store and was waiting to be served for about 5-7 minutes. Ordered a poppy seed bagel with cream cheese. The picture tells the rest of the story. The bagel was completely plain, but appeared to have some kind of grease drizzled on it. There was not even a single microscopic atom of cream cheese to be found. I really wouldn't have cared its, just how you get your order drive home and realize that is was wrong is pretty annoying. From now on, I shall be dining at finer establishments, such as 711. My faith in Dunkin''s bagels has been ruptured."
