"Constantly getting my order wrong. Today i went in an order a simple latte with oatmilk and they gave me regular milk, and they forgot cold foam. This would be fine if it was a one time thing but it’s becoming a constant routine, I’m lactose intolerant so when I pay extra for a specific milk a expect to receive that milk. Earlier on the year when i order a simple hot chocolate, I would receive a water downed drink, as a result of an unclean machine. I would truly appreciate if service was as good as they claim it to be."
"Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been too. Their breakfast is nasty. Their milkshake is really milky and they charge extra to put whip cream on your drink. that is absolutely crazy. And it be the owners that charges extra for these things. And they are really rude. A milkshake is supposed to come with whip cream on it. I should not have to pay extra for it. And my milkshake is icy like a slushy."
