"Second time I drove out here an hour drive because my son is anaphylactic with sesame first time I showed up at 1:58pm when the hours say open till 2:30pm and they told me they were closed at 2 but couldn’t serve me. it’s Monday and of course and still no updated hours, google says open yet another hour drive and it’s closed. It takes seconds to update hours on here."

"What used to be an incredible store has turned into a practical torture chamber due to the new ownership. Worst staff I've ever experienced. I was cursed out in the store by one of the workers, and another time was screamed at and kicked out of the store by the owner because I asked him why I was being charged $55 for 20 bagels (bagels are $1/piece in Bagel Town). Thankfully a new owner is taking over (in a week and a half) who I have already met. I am confident the store is going to have a complete turnaround and return to its former state. The food is amazing!!!..... if you can tolerate a side dish of screaming and cursing."
