"I have given this place too many chances over the 2 years I've been working in the area, yet they continue to fail. There have been issues with ordering on the app, where I was charged for an order the app said didn't go through so I had to go in and buy it just to have to call customer service to get a refund because it did process after all. They've gotten orders wrong, and overall slow service negates ordering ahead because you still have to wait."

"This place is very nice and clean. They give always good customer service. Employees are good and well trained. They have a nice clean restroom. And a very big perking lot. They have good Dine in area. They make sandwiches very well. I am always going there."

"This location needs some serious TLC. Garbage everywhere, everyday, bushes over grown, weeds and leaves everywhere, and building cracking from lack of maintenance. Building due for a major upgrade, but yet they have the nerve to be the most expensive Dunkin within 5 miles. REALLY! They have a new lady working there whom have an amazing and bubbly personality. Always a pleasure to get coffee from her each morning."

"The worst dunkin I've ever been too. I've tried this place about 5x throughout the past year so i waited b4 posting this. It has by far the most incompetent customers service imaginable. Nothing ever available and was even asked to wait while they brewed coffee...shouldn't that already be available w/o waiting...disaster. corporate should be notified. Not a good look for the brand."

"Worst Dinkin Donuts on Long Island. If you dont know the difference between a chocolate frosted donut and a jelly don't work there. To start off they handed me my coffee dripping down the sides and he says thank you but I look at him like um your forgetting the rest of the order. He asks is that it? Since you work here then maybe you can tell me when a large coffee now costs $9.95? What else did you get, are you kidding you just.looked at the order and brought me this ridiculous cup of coffee. The cup looked like it was reused. I gave it right back telling them try again and use a new cup. Then the donut problem, if he looks High then he probably is. When did DD go with mini donuts? All 3 Donuts fit in one of my hands. Too bad I left before opening the bag. That's on me though. We go to other DD in the area and the Donuts are normal size and the coffee is also not a complete mess. All I can say is We will never go there again. 3 mini donuts and one coffee $9.95? Not a chance of seeing back there. This store is robbing the residents of Hempstead. UPDATE, just tried one of the Donuts and it's stale like in hard WTH?"
