"Horrible customer service. I went there with a question/request and the employees had an attitude and acted like they “owned” the store. Rude comments were even made by one particular employee. As soon as I left there, I went to two other Starbucks’ establishments in the immediate area to see how my question/request would be treated there. The employees in both of those stores listened, understood and honored my request in a polite manner. I was so pleased and relieved that I purchased extra items from them. No more Plainview Starbucks for me."

"I've been in the area for a decade but somehow today was my first day here. Great location. Ample parking - this end of the Plainview Shopping Center is usually not crowded. Clean premises. Well lit interior with a seating nook. A few tables outside as well for use on a beautiful day like today. Staff was polite and efficient. Would love to come back!"
