Dunkin'

"These people need to learn to read. I have an unusual standard order but not complex. Every place questions it (Ice Tea with cream and sugar - don't knock it till you try it!) They told my wife she ordered wrong, then she corrected them and had to correct them 3 more times. Anyway, she ordered herself a Latte with OAT milk. They gave her regular milk. she has a lactose issue, her stomach will now be a mess for the next 24 to 36 hours. Why cant you just follow simple directions?"

"Seems like they can't keep track of their digital orders without fail since I've been coming here for the past 6 months they have always forgotten about my coffee order, just a basic medium hot coffee cream and sugar, always see other customers after me put their coffee order after me and within 1 minute they get theirs without issues. They always seem baffled when I ask how long it will take for a hot coffee and think someone else has taken my order by mistake after they think they've made it (which they haven't, I watch out of boredom)"
