"I'm a resident of Roosevelt and figured I would patronize the McDonald's in my neighborhood. Over the last couple of years the food has become terrible. I bought nuggets and fries that I couldn't eat. I also bought a filet of fish with a half a piece of cheese which cost me $6. I will never go back."
"Service sucks. They have the most rudest manager at night. Rude workers. I pull up to curbside. To wait 15min for my order. And saw the whole drive thru line wipe gone. I go to get my food inside, because I couldn't wait longer. The manager tells me, she was calling out to me to one inside to get my food. What is the purpose of curbside, I tell her. She said it's too cold to go out there. What kind of response is that coming from a manager."
"I always come to this McDonald’s and always an issue. For example: I came by the drive thru to order when I was being formed that there is no cash only card.
