"I’m out of town and I went in there to ask for a hot pastrami sandwich. I was so disappointed pastrami was cold rye bread was not toasted and cold. The mustard was warmer than the sandwich and the bread. What a disappointment place looks great, but the food is horrible."

"On 4/5/23 at 8:20 a.m. , My daughter who is pregnant walked in and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and she waited 10 minutes for the bagel to be toasted while 3 other male customers who walked in after her were able to receive their wedge sandwiches and sausage egg and cheese sandwiches before her food was finished. When my daughter started to complain, the cashier Alla told my daughter not to come back or to call her order in but my daughter's phone is damaged. My daughter buys food from this overpriced restaurant everyday and spends about $15 to be treated so poorly. There are days when we call in and she asked for bacon egg and cheese on a toasted roll and her rolls aren't toasted! This is not the first second or third time and we are fed up now. I hope Eddie is able to rectify this situation because all customers deserve to be treated fairly and have their food prepared in a timely manners without prejudicial cashiers making them feel unwelcome."

"I came in for the first time for a catering order. (after another deli didn't seem to know how to answer any of our questions and didn't seem to even want my business.) It was really clean and lots of choices. I was planning a luncheon for a funeral the following day. They were extremely helpful and patient as I figured out what I needed. They helped me order the right amount and were very accommodating. I even called the next day to ask if there was any way to get the order earlier and they delivered within 15 minutes. Which I'm so thankful for. The food was so delicious. The sandwiches and salads were fresh and flavorful. I normally don't like turkey but somehow wound up with a piece I didn't want to be wasteful so I ate it and it was actually really good turkey, no weird after taste. As a reference for anyone looking to cater we got 4 - 3 foot sandwiches, a small pasta salad, a small macaroni salad and a small potato salad. It was enough for 40 people with some leftovers. Their prices are reasonable and fair too. We are definitely coming back."
