"Its a dirty hole in the wall burger spot, but they usually have decent food, surprisingly. However, I recently ordered from them and the food was disgusting and inedible. I called to tell them, and bring it back for a refund. Michael asked if instead of a refund, I'd consider giving them another try by allowing them to replace the meal next time I want to come pick it up... I agreed. He said, "my name is Michael, I'm at the front, when you call next time, I'll make it right with a replacement order..." Two weeks later I called for the replacement order, and they refused to honor it. I'm kicking myself for not just getting the refund at the time of the first order. I should have known the type of characters I was dealing with by the appearance of the place. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend eating anything from here."

"Why are regular sandwiches being made on pita bread??? Condiments that should be able to go onto the sandwich as it’s being made is put on the side…. regardless of if you ask or not. Their buffalo wings were good but not as crispy as i’d like. crispy chicken Caesar salad was pretty good as well. Honestly won’t be back there."
