"I both a patio door for over $6000 since July for a new construction but was installed on August immediately after installing the seal on the bottom door keep coming out ,I called Home Depot, they told me I have to call Andersen since is a new door. Call Andersen they send me back to Home Depot. Call again I finally spoke to Herman , he asked me to send the order # and picture’s I did. And been confirm. After few days the same heiman call me let me know that Andersen will send the seal by November 8 th 2023, I give them one week after before I start calling. Since November 20th I started calling there told me that heiman is off he will call when he came back . Finally on the 29th of November he called me tell me he doesn’t remember nothings about this situation. I have been calling Home Depot since December 6th 2023 I spend 1hr calling before someone answers, when they finally answered they transfer you no one pick up.today is December 20th still calling. Spend at least 1-2 hours calling before someone answered. Customer service no good"

"Randomly have been shopping at this location since it's relocation from the previous East Meadow location. Great repurpose of the old K-Mart space. This Home Depot store is clean and appears/feels more open and spacious than the previous location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Items are generally in stock compared to some other locations. Online order with store pickup is also a very good option for customers to utilize."

"Home Depot is the place to go... Home Depot is the place to be... My go to place for building material. Just wish they would hire more employees/"tradesman" with more knowledge of construction like they did when HD first opened. But until competition comes along this place will be my "place to go" !"
