"I went into this Dunkin donut this morning. I ordered 3 coffees and a corn muffin. First off let me say, the guy that took my order was not paying attention at all. He had his headphones in, messed up all the coffees and I had to have him remake them. I asked for 2 medium iced caramel lattes with whole milk and sugar. He didn’t do that so he had to remake it. And then on mine I asked for just a regular iced coffee with almond milk. He didn’t do that as well. He also charged me for two corn muffins and I only asked for 1 and only got 1… this was BY FAR. The worst experience. The guy couldn’t get the order right. It wasn’t busy at all, and I was charged for something I didn’t even get. If you are going to work in customer service like this, maybe take out your headphone and listen to the customer."
