"I ordered my food went and sat at a table and both my fries and chicken sandwich was cold ( cheese wasn’t melted fries looked like it been sitting ) I returned my order waited about 8/10 minutes for a remake went and sat back at the table and received another order of cold fries and cold chicken sandwich ."

"I had to wait at the 3rd window in drive through for 15 minutes prior to recieving my food. Also, I did not recieve sweet and sour sauce with my 10 piece and two 6 piece nuggets. When I went inside the restaurant to request sauce, the worker gave me attitude and only gave me 2 sweet and sour sauces. When I asked for more she walked away. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION!!!!!"

"Came here just now at 4:50AM, first the drive through was blocked off with cones, and I was so confused. The building is full of signs saying 24/7. So I spin around to the window, just to double check and while I see 4-5 employees talking among themselves. I wait patiently a couple minutes thinking they didn’t see me, then even honked for them to acknowledge me. Nothing, I go to next window, I seen a lady walk by, I yell “Excuse me”. She pays me no mind and walks away, I get it maybe you guys are closed, maybe there’s an issue within, all I was trying to do was double check, look to my neighborhood McDonald’s where I’ve been coming for 15 years+. All that was needed was just a little acknowledgment, but I guess acting like a customer isn’t present is a thing here."

"A $10+ meal… look how the treat people. This thing was tough as nails. The first sign was when they gave me my apple pie burnt and stuck in the box. The service was good but they need to re-train the cooks ."
