"A new refrigerator was installed with the water line incorrectly. Apiece of plastic with a hole in it instead of normal stainless insert. Water was pouring out to the street from the back of the refrigerator. The company was nearly impossible to work with. Had frigidaire come out who said it was not their job but the installers. A month later after many calls an installer came but didn’t correct the issue as he had a short stainless hose. I had to spend $200.00 on a plumber. I have a scratched and warped floor. Company has never sent me the sales sheet nor the warranty which they told me was extended when I purchased on line but now say no extended warranty. I have never received any paperwork but promises. I had to bribe the installers to take away the packaging."

"My husband and I purchased appliances to the tune of $6,000. The delivery men removed the french doors at the top of the fridge, placed the items in the kitchen and attempted to exit without putting the door handles back on the refrigerator. We gave them a tip (which we did NOT have to) to affix the handles. 5 minutes after they left, we noticed the refrigerator doors were uneven. We immediately called AHC and asked if they could have the delivery men return. A company representative had the audacity to suggest that we have a contractor remove and replace the doors. When we protested, they offered to call us back later with a service date. #Surprised #Disappointed #Waiting"
