Reviews of Hobby Park
"Great mountain bike trails! Don't ride them wet. But they do shed water well so they dry pretty quickly. Fun place to play with RC cars and planes... however the BMX/pump track/RC track doesn't make a loop anymore. Its more of a flow trail for bikes...but you can still ride your RC car on it. Just watch out for bikes. One of the only soap box derby hills I know of. Neat! Not sure if you are allowed to fish in the ponds...but I see people out there. Overall cool place to explore."
"This place is awesome! Beautiful trails for walking or biking and well built tracks for cars & bmx. I’m not a hobbyist but really enjoyed watching people fly their planes and drive their RC cars. Was there multiple times during my week in Clemmons and it was always quiet. Loved it!"
"This place has excellent mountain bike trails. They aren't easy trails, but pretty challenging. There are a lot of punchy climbs with roots and rocks. Lots of quick descents with roots and rocks. We were visiting from out of town and heard this place drained well (it does) and was fun (it is). I think it's about 6 miles for a loop, but much shorter of you take the downhill lines, which we didn't. We stuck to the regular loop and really liked it. I really like out the trail was constantly changing elevation. The numerous technical features really makes it stand out too. I like rock features and there were some challenging ones and one rock slab jump to flat that I skipped. I can't say enough about this place. Kudos to the trail builders and maintainers. They are keeping this trail in great shape."
"Park dedicated to remote controlled planes and cars and whatever you got! Plenty of space to race or try out new moves. There's also walking and biking trails :)"
