"The guy who. Make the taco was very rud I ask to put on gloves while cooking my food. He had nasty attitude and said he was not going make my food because I ask him put on glove please he rather touch my food with hands. The customer service. Is bad. The lady at counter. Was nice and made my food. The guy was very nasty attitude"

"This place is a true example of why restaurants fail. Today 12/4/22 ordered the Super Fajita (steak). Restaurant Andy's here's a tip for you...presentation is everything. The steak with the uncooked green peppers and onions was in a round plastic bowl, the rice, black beans, 8 cube dices of tomatoes, sprinkle of shredded lettuce, squirt of sour cream and dollop of guacamole was piled on one another and stuffed into a small clear square plastic container...food shouldn't be mixed like that (not mine anyway). Taste: Steak is seasoned, peppers/onions raw (unpleasant to eat), beans seasoned, rice blah bland, Fajita (probably made on-site), store brought is better, guacamole/sour cream I can't speak about as it was so little of it that the steak overpowered it. Based on presentation, taste (lack of), under/non cooked vegetables and whisper of sour cream/guacamole Andy's receives 2 stars, a fail in my book and no future business from my household."

"They are still trying to figure out the Mexican food infusion in their menu. We've tried a couple of dishes and it was like night and day. One rice & spicy chicken combination was designed. But the next time we ordered a similar dish and it was very spicy but bland at the same time. Really disappointing. The Japanese plate was pretty good for a late night grab and go situation."

"I like the wet shrimp or steak Burrito. Tasty and huge portions. I honestly have no problems with them. Except for one. They let the guy least fluent in English , take the phone orders. He is also hard of hearing. This makes ordering difficult. I feel like I’m part of an old Saturday night live bit. Lol. So far, amazingly my orders have been correct."
