Burger King 2200 Bartow Avenue, The Bronx, NY 10475

"I ordered through the Burger King app, and when I received my order, two of my drinks were missing. I followed the normal procedures, reported the items missing and then received an email informing me that I could receive a $5 credit for it. For one, that didn’t amount to the value of the missing items and two, I did not want to reorder anytime soon; I wanted my refund of my money. I politely informed them that I wanted to receive my refund as I wasn’t interested in a credit and Customer Service proceeded to offer me a $10 credit instead. When I asked why I couldn’t receive a refund, Customer Service couldn’t give me a substantial reasoning. So basically what I was being told, was that I was going to have to take the credit and strong-arm me into yet ANOTHER purchase, which is not what I wanted to do. On top of the fact that this was the negligence of THEIR employees! A million to billion dollar company and they refuse to refund you around $10 of your hard earned money. It may just be $10, but you don’t know what people are going through to tell them they can’t get their money back. Not only that, when I asked for a more in depth reasoning as to why, I never received a response, let alone the credit. I’ve been a patron of this Burger King my whole life, but as of now I won’t be, nor at any other Burger King establishment, and I’ll be sure to inform others to not participate in eating with the company either. This was unacceptable, unprofessional, and disgusting. Never again, there’s plenty of other eateries in the Bay Plaza area anyways, and I recommend whoever is reading this to go somewhere else to eat or have delivered because you will encounter these problems too."

"They don't take orders so you have to use the machine they have set up. I tried to order on the app so I don't have to wait for a machine. The menu in the store says a slushee is 1.69. The app it's 2.99 for a small. I asked the girl behind the counter how do I get it for $ 1.69 & this girl said "we don't control the app so" Ok, I never said you did. I hope machines replace these people sooner because the IDC attitude is unnecessary! Also want to add, the store has no drive through & the place was not busy. A customer said "why can't you just ring it up on the register?" To the miserable employee but I was already leaving. This is why McDonald's is winning. $2 any size slushee. My mistake for tryna branch out. Won't happen again!"

"The reason I gave it a 1 star is that I order my food through the app I was far from the location but they had plenty of time to make our order. We get there and we had to wait for 1hr to get our food. I put the order at 4 pm & 5:40pm we received our food. Employees were playing around the manager runs with them. Never again will we stop here. You ask for something you get an attitude or a mean look. This place needs to be shut down or get new professional employees. Burger King has been hiring clowns. Burger King will never be the same at least not in this specific location. I did email them about my experience here and they help me more then the place did."

"I feel bad whenever I go here, it's worn down and dirty. Firstly, the cashiers are rude and don't tell you anything about your meal. I paid for a soft serve chocolate cone because I do not eat vanilla. i was given a vanilla cone and I said how I ordered chocolate and the cashier said "well we don't have chocolate, you're going to have to take that". And, there's this man who works here who wears an all black uniform, he is rude and sarcastic. Plus, you'd imagine the floors would be clean. I've come early and the floors are so sticky, there wasn't enough time for customers to ruin the floors with soda. i think they just weren't cleaned."

"The cashier was fine, and the food was okay, but it was cold! There were fries mixed with my tater tots lol, which is ehh not so bad but if I order tater tots I don't want fries. Also, the floor was FILTHY!!! The seats too. Crumbs and sticky stains everywhere. Please keep the place cleaner so I can actually have a place to sit. Burger king isn't what it used to be."
