"Not usually a fan of Dunkin coffee, but their Cappuccino with oat milk was great. Also, the space was very clean and open layout!"

"Stopped by on just to get a small coffee and a Bagel with cream cheese. I did all my transactions through the app. Came in and a Male attendant went out of his way to be rude. Made me wait like 10 mins for my coffee and didn't even place it on the "To Go" tray. My guy just left it on his side of the counter and did not have the courtesy to tell me I could take my order. I looked at him and said "is my order ready?" and he looked and just was like " yes you can take it". I asked his name and he did not want to tell me despite I asked 3 times. He knows he's doing it wrong and when confronted he doesn't want to acknowledge his attitude. I feel bad for people who has to put up with this customer service. My local Dunkin' people where I leave are amazing. I could never deal with someone like this. Dude has the wrong line of work and customers pay for it."

"Owner/manager (tall male) is unnecessarily rude. He was arguing with customers for no reason when he made mistakes. Just re pour their coffee without milk -- it cost you almost nothing. Coffee is fine. He also charges for non dairy creamer (which other coffee places have out on the counter). Other DDs don't charge for this. Not returning -- there are friendlier DDs nearby, and Parkway with better coffee 10 ft away!"

From the moment I walk through the door, I am greeted by friendly and attentive staff who make me feel like a valued customer. The cleanliness and ambiance of the store deserves applause too. "First of all read all of the other reviews. This is the worst location that I’ve ever been to. They have succeeded in frustrating the neighborhood since it became a Dunkin. The staff is rude, slow, and please have your employees wear gloves. Because it is not hygienic to tamp ice down with their fingers. Yes its clean, more importantly; learn how to put a top on correctly, many times I’ve spilled (I would say burnt myself, but the coffee is never hot)all over my car or pants. Don’t go to the Albertson Dunkin. Your pants and patience will thank you."
