"I personally think that the employees at this store try their very best to work hard , maintain the flow of work and customer service , due to it being overly crowded with online orders and in store orders that causes long lines and waiting . I love this store and I think some of these customers who do the most for no reason over little petty things should appreciate the employees that try rather than downplaying them for their mistakes because I spoke to a couple of the employees whenever I visit the store and they seem like their just working the best they can like anyone else would to make an honest living"

"First time I ever walked into a dunkin donuts and left with nothing. Everything looked old and stale. And to make it worse, the place was dirty and the workers were too busy texting. I guess the owner doesn't care."

"Josh is the best- I don’t understand how he isn’t a supervisor yet ! He’s so kind and polite to all his customers. Even when he is on his own. No help at all he still Greets his customers and staff with a smile! It makes walking in here such a pleasant experience! Thank you for all you do Josh! We see you and appreciate it! :))"

"There is a sign for under new management and it is my first time here but the service is terrible. The girl at the counter seems upset that anyone wants to take an order and is impatient with everyone that is ordering. The place is dirty and not being maintained. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."
