Idk if it's just a young peoples thing to not have customer service but chiiii when I tell u almost everyone here has dirty attitude when asked for something.mind you it's like an extra straw, extra sauce, nothing for them to go outta there way and the amount of attitude they'll give just for them to do their jobs is outrageous. This Wendy's need to revamp every single staff cause one day they're gonna have it from someone just like themselves"
"It's unfortunate that Wendy's no longer serves grilled chicken sandwiches. If you want this you'll have to go to Chick-fil-A another fast food establishment. And don't bother going to McDonald's or Burger King as these don't serve grill chicken sandwiches."
"DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION WENDYS !! Went yesterday by the drive Thru .... order a Number 5 WRAP N a Number 9 .... payed then they was missing the number 5 WRAP they took 15 mins to figure out what to do then decide to just throw all the chickin which was not prepared well very hard & cold & serve it to me as if they had a problem... service was very unprofessional I would not go back at this location !!"
"It has improved dramatically since their renovation. The lines were extremely long at the drive-thru and the service was sometimes poor. They now have two windows which speed the traffic and the staff is greatly improved! Most time the prepare the food just like the commercials."
