"Unfortunately on multiple occasions there is a very long delay on the drive thru line. Today 12/3 the employees were seen talking / joking and not especially focused as evidenced by the inaccuracy of orders and the afore mentioned delay. I called the manager on duty who was abrupt dismissive and stated they were very short staffed. Clearly he is athe role model to his employees Don’t waste time at this location. It’s worth the ride to go somewhere else"

"Worst experience ever with a sausage egg & cheese. Mystery meat it should be called. Beware if you have children!!! Never received refund on the actual order. I received a 50$ gift card from Starbucks, then thrown to a vendor they use… still waiting on update from manager at vendor. I was told that if I get sick starbucks would pay for medical. Then Starbucks took their word back, saying they would not. I was sick for days with nausea & diarrhea. Sorry. But I’ll be more sorry if someone else was hurt as I was. I will never use the gift card, nor give it to anyone I love. I refuse to spend anything in there ever again for the rest of my LIFE!!"

"I used the drive through this morning at 9am. The gentleman at the window was so nice. I was a hot mess, lol. I left my purse in the backseat and had to get out of the car to get it. He kept my car door from bumping a pole when I opened the door. Then my wallet zipper was stuck. I couldn't win. Definitely not my best morning, but the gentleman at the window was kind and patient. And the coffee was terrific too."

"This is the second and last time I get something from here. Whoever is making the coffee doesn't know what they are doing. The flavor is off, and the caffeine is way too strong. I got the drink around 1 pm and my body is shaking. Feels like they just dump whatever there is to make an odd concoction. Waste of money."
