"The location is convenient . The bagels are ok. But staff is so rude on the top they are always making mistakes with the order . Today I come at 6:10 in the morning to get any bagels . Nothing was ready yet . Drove couple blocks to Gerritsen Bagel . They had all kind of bagels already fresh from the oven . Taste you can not even compare it . And most important no miserable staff ."

"Sometimes they are good other times my order is completely wrong. When I am in a rush for work I can't go back. Honestly espically after last time when the conter guy heard my order and repeated it to me and it wad still wrong. Cream cheese and butter are 2 different spreads. Also when you burn a bagel scraping it with a knife doesn't make it unburnt."

"this is a wonderful spot for hot & delicious food that's served buffet style. the turn over is quick, so the menu changes. the food you fell for one day may not be the the following day unless you happen to be there at the same time before. there stable dish is plain fried rice & plain noodles. it's always there & always satisfying. except that one time when it wasn't replaced fast enough & i was left scooping the bottom of the pan... ha!! don't get ne wrong, i could have said something or wait for it to be replaced but I was hungry & had a the B-44 S..S.B to catch."

"Ordered 2 sandwiches. First one asked for bacon egg and cheese, sunny side up. They gave me scrambled with hot sauce that I did not ask for. Second one had what looked like a wad of hair. They said it was a piece of their equipment. Slightly less disgusting, but still should not be on your food. I should have walked out right away. The place is a mess."

"So, I've never actually eaten here but after seeing the way the food is treated I never would. Maybe it's just me but when you're storing your uncooked bagels near an open door off a street (that has construction work, dust and other debris flying around on it) less than 5 feet from a dumpster i personally begin to question the cleanliness of the workers as well as the food. I wouldn't even trust the coffee. Too bad."
