"Terrible customer service. Owner and staff are rude and lazy. Quality of food is horrible. Ordered Chicken chunks and it was burned , called the restaurant staff and was treated poorly. If you're looking for good food don't order from here. If you're looking for decent food you're better off ordering from your corner store deli. Please spare yourself the headache and order somewhere else. Over priced and under seasoned!!!!!"

"I wished I had read the reviews before ordering from this restaurant but I ordered because my friend who is Latina had come to visit and ordered from them and the food was pretty decent. But days later I opted to order the same thing that my friend had ordered and sad to say I received a completely different thing. First of all if you DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH don’t order from these people. Not only was I quoted a higher price but I received an incredibly less amount of food for what I spent. Their customer service sucks."

"I hardly ever give bad reviews but i been giving this place a couple chances. When this place first open I had no problems . I bought a chicken and rice the lady gives me the most burned up chicken and it was very small so I couldn't even eat it because it was so burnt. Then I go in there yesterday I buy roast pork . When I get home the meat was so so dry and the parts that you can eat was all fat. They need to do better I payed $9 for that food and could only eat the rice and beans"

"If I could give it no stars I would ! My mom went in there ordered our food to go. (They didn't know my mom speaks Spanish) well they proceed to "try" to raise the price on her. Also she asked for sweet plantains. She gets home, no plantains in the bag. So I called and said the plantains were not in the bag. A guy started yelling saying "well tell her to walk back and get it". I said it wasn't her mistake, can you guys delivery? He proceeds to tell me how I'm making his job hard and that he is trying to give me the best customer service. Then says well Ima see what I can do because we don't have time to just drop by your house. My food was nasty. Rice was so hard my kids couldn't even eat it and chicken was dry. Never again !"

"Sometime this year this place changed ownership to join the Dominican Valle chain - and it literally changed for the worst. I've been living in the area for around 7 years and under the old ownership, the food was very flavorful and although they didn't have the *best* customer service, it was always decent. I live nearby so I would never request delivery, just go to pick up. Fast forward to the past few months after the ownership change and the food is LITERALLY basura. Beans taste like someone popped open a can of Goya beans and sprinkled a tiny bit of garlic and salt to prove it's been seasoned. Chicken is dry like you have to dip it in water. Beef stew is iffy most of the time. I mean I'm not an amazing cook when it comes to Spanish food, but on my worst day I can do 1000x better than that. And worst of all, the customer service is horrible. I was there last week to pick up one of their combos and stood there for nearly five minutes while FOUR people hung out behind the counter working on seamless/grubhub orders. No one even bothered to acknowledge me until I began to zip up my coat to leave. Then, like others have said, the food was lukewarm at best when I got it home (and I live VERY close by) and it was tasteless. I think I'll be ordering my Spanish food from somewhere else from now on."
