"Usually I am pretty satisfied with Discount Tire. This time however, they could not determine that one tire was so badly "cupped" that it was causing quite the roar when I drove. So instead of me paying $113 to replace my tire, I spent two days and a total of $900 trying to resolve this issue. If you just want tires or rotation, Discount is pretty good. If you want someone who can diagnose an issue, go elsewhere."

"Customer service was the best I have ever experienced. Started my morning off with two flat tires on the way to work and the staff had me in and out within 30 minutes. The employees had genuine concern as I pulled up with the two flat tires and made sure everything was okay which you don’t get a lot these days. Extremely thankful to all of the staff."

"Are you kidding me. Such classy service and utter professionalism. Had a flat on the way to the gym early in the morning. Rolled up to doors 15 min prior to opening on a holiday. Group of people already waiting outside. The huddle up inside, open the doors, identify work needed from everyone and prioritize work based on issues, assign me a Tech and I am back out the front door with a repaired tire in less than 30 minutes. Crazy respect!"

"Wonderful amazing experience. Best customer service and utter kindness in a retail or customer service setting I’ve had in years. I had come with a low PSI in my tire and it turns out it was a nail. Dago came over immediately and confirmed this. Then I told him I would take a walk while waitinG (I had a bad day) and he said that that was not necessary and he would take my car right away (they seemed busy as well). He came back and told me that I had the nail and one hole in my tire that was unfortunately not repairable but he would take care of BOTH tires for me without charge. Then as he promptly came back to give me the keys he said thank you for me and my family being regulars at this location for years and he wanted nothing from me in return for his service (not even an email to his boss). When I tell you, I have never had such amazing customer service experience, I mean it. He went above and beyond, he’s kind, professional, well-versed, caring. I even made it to my patient afterwards. You have a wonderful staff and should be very proud."
