"Terrible, rude, uncaring service. INCREDIBLY slow. It almost seems like they go out of their way to be slow. I waited SO long for a customer before me to get her order. It seemed her order was HUGE. When she got her order, it was a small, easily held bag. WHY DID IT TAKE SO LONG? The funny thing is that, I was working Uber, and the directions told me to avoid the main line for quicker service. Smh Terrible service. No speed. No Carr. I'll care come back on my personal time, nor for delivery. The young Black girl they have working the delivery line is AWEFUL."

"I come here to pick up for door dash. They are always packed, the employees seldomly greets the customers and there is ALWAYS a long wait time. I have needed to decline many orders because of how long this place takes with the orders."

"Got a small jerk chicken with rice and peas and it was NOT worth it! The portion size was not even enough to feed a child and the jerk chicken was not all that. Very disappointed because they never used to be like this."
