"First of all, you should already know this spot is fore when all the shows be having lunch here, lol. I have been going here for over 18 years, and this spot STILL never disappoints. I've ordered almost every single thing on this menu, and it was all great."
"Unfortunately I thought I'd give them another try. I stopped giving them business because of their poor attitude in customer service & yet nothing has changed. Although the food was good, it's not worth sporting them yet once again! They should invest in customer service courses for as long as they've been there, nothing has changed."
"Best food in Yonkers This place is my go to spot when I need oxtail mundango or if I'm feeling anything else for a little bit of seafood or some excellent Deserts. Please place a successful because if it's priceless and efficient staff. These lady's and gentlemen are awesome go with. They're talking about and know how to make us decision to help you decide.."
"To keep it short the customer service here is always terrible. They should hire more hospitable individuals to work the front at very least. Id rather pay a few $ and get what I want and be treated like a paying customer at CARIDAD. Same food, way better customer service."
"Stopped by for lunch - our server was extremely sweet! We ordered mofongo de pollo, side of white rice, 2 pastelitos de pollo, morir soñando, limonada, and a Cubano sandwich, plus 2 bottles of water. Bill was $51 (15% gratuity is included) for our party of 3. Food was good, but my sister in law felt the pork in the Cubano was a little dry."
