Situated in the historic 1962 Eero Saarinen-designed TWA terminal, The Paris Café by Jean-Georges occupies the original Paris Café and Lisbon Lounge spaces, once designed by Raymond Loewy. Jean-Georges Vongerichten, a world-renowned chef with a passion for Eastern flavors, has brought his expertise to this unique location. With 36 restaurants worldwide, including ABC Kitchen in Manhattan and Mercato in Shanghai, Vongerichten has partnered with Tastes on the Fly to create a culinary destination in this iconic landmark.
Inspired by historic in-flight menus from Trans World Airlines, the menu at The Paris Café offers a blend of French and Eastern flavors, with dishes like Chicken Champagne paying homage to the Jet Age. The TWA Hotel, with 50,000 square feet of event space that can accommodate up to 1,600 people, is a vibrant hub of activity that celebrates the golden era of air travel.

Reviews
"This restaurant is in the TWA hotel. The space and staff were great. It was like step Back in time. The food was excellent we had the roasted cauliflower which was amazing! It is expensive it’s an airport!"
"We need Gordon Ramsay! No trained staff and overpriced food. Burger was good. Basically foods are ok but prices are not appropriate."
"Food is acceptable but the seats are plastic and the cutlery comes wrapped in a paper napkin. During the afternoon the sun blazes directly into the room making it uncomfortable. It wasn't a Jean-George restaurant other than in name, it was more like a glorified diner, but with less selection. The sauvignon Blanc on the menu isn't what they have in house - instead of French wine it's a Kim Crawford wine. Just little things like that make it far from top notch dining; it's simply good for an airport in the US."
"Located in the TWA Hotel, this place is quite good. Great portions. If you breakfast there, the pancakes are a must!"
"Delicious food, fast, friendly, expeditious service, and the sickest ambience with music and decor to match. Loved it. Expensive, but worth a unique experience in a truly one-of-a-kind restaurant. 5 stars - don't listen to the haters!!!"
