"Never has what people ask for and service is very slow. Drinks also never taste right like in other locations. I rather make my coffee at home, save yourself the trip."

"Horrible customer service. These 2 employees were rude! while I was ordering the female employee in the back kept talking to the male employee it seemed like she was trying to ignore me, She had to ask me 3 times if I Can repeat myself. She had a bad attitude. Very unprofessional. The male employee made my drink too watery and I believe it was on purpose. They kept laughing and it took so long for him to make my drink, he was walking around and playing dumb. I’m never ordering my Starbucks here. This Starbucks need employees who are going to treat their customers nicely."

"Horrible customer service. As I was ordering my usual the employee (white old guy) had nasty/rude attitude. I gave him the same energy back and he started acting nice. Mind you I’m also a brown skinned, latina. This will be my last time stopping at this specific Starbucks. I understand that you’re frustrated or having a bad day I get it I myself work in retail we all do but no excuse to treat your customer in that manner. I had just stopped by after work to treat myself to come to this inaceptable. Customer service should always be on point !! You guys should train your employees properly ."

"Staff openly fighting each other... Clearly unhappy about something, and actively reluctantly doing their job, disrespecting customers. Honestly I just want my drink. Do your job or quit. Update: after 15 min nobody was making drinks, so I just left."
