McDonald's 2797 Linden Boulevard, Brooklyn, NY 11208

"The food comes out sloppy the service sucks. Every cashier doesn’t speak English the owner of that McDonald’s people from Santo Domingo doesn’t speak a lick of English. then the atmosphere is horrible cause in the parking lot and in front of the place you have hundreds of Uber DoorDash delivery guys are they mopeds scooters sitting there for deliveries and after school all the kids are hanging out in and outside the restaurant, making noise, cursing and security is just standing there too busy flirting with the women that worked there. Bathrooms are horrible, dirty drug audits are using the bathrooms. And this McDonald’s never has any sales like the other ones you go to when they have two for seven or two for five this will never does"

"I was the only person there and they ignored me for almost 20 minutes. They had at least 6 people filling orders for the drive thru. At least 1 person could have taken orders for the people in the restaurant. They waited until there were about 10 people in line before they took my order. Then they acted like it was an inconvenience to help me. I go there all the time but I was never teated like this. You need to get better managers that know how to treat customers and their employees. The employees are great but the customer service from the managers is horrendous."

"I had the worst experience with Mcdonald's today this place is suppose to be a happy place for my child. The staff was so rude and disrespectful in front of my daughter using cuss words and threatening me while I waited for my daughter's Happy Meal (more like a Sad meal) I requested for a supervisor a fake supervisor came I asked her, her name and she said why? I said because you're a supervisor and she literally told me No! I never been so scared with my child this place is not safe and need better staff I did not have no help! while my child cried. I am so disappointed Mcdonald's never was like this. Please hire New employees... not killers and gangsters this incident happen on September 18th at 6:14 pm was the fake supervisor cashier who took my order thd male who cussed me out was the the Dri thru around 6:00pm until"

"This is the service I received a cut up chicken sandwich flat piece on 4 snack wraps. I also took the liberty and wrote to McDonalds myself and never received a response to this situation. Also have a video where the cookies were put in a microwave (my assumption) but the way the cookie was hard shows me to heat it they did that. Being a mommy you see your kids do this at home. This is not acceptable from any fast food service area."
