"I was looking forward to having the double Big Mac... When I opened the container it resembled more of a McMess in a box! Lettuce filled bottom of the container with some of the single slice of cheese that comes with the burger on the lettuce. The double patties absolutely skewed from any form. I get the burger will slide off the bun but seriously can it be made with a little more effort not to be everywhere in the darn container?"
"We are big "Micky D" fast food lovers. This particular location is conveniently off of the Bronx River Parkway, Bruckner Expressway, and from the local streets of Story Ave. The staff is relatively nice. The food ordering area can get a little cluttered at times, but the overall atmosphere is good. Lots of parking is available. Purchading is available via drive-through using the McDonald's app or cash."
"Went thru the drive thru 11-19-23 at 1:38pm . They gave me half a container of fries for large. I had to ask for sweet and sour sauce. The young man in the window gave me 1 sweet and sour sauce for a 20 pcs nuggets. These people looked as though they didnt care about service or food This location won't even give you courtesy water for a crying baby in the back seat. So sad. But they wont get my money again."
"I ordered from doordash and received my order half eaten with a spoon inside of it. The employees at this McDonald’s are careless, nasty and have no respect. You can’t treat people or their order like trash and expect to be a valued customer somewhere else. Nobody inspecting the place and that’s the problem. Do better!"
