He REACHED OVER THE COUNTER AND SELECTED PROMPTS FOR ME ON THE SCREEN. I double checked to make sure I was getting a store card and he confirmed. When I got home I got an email congratulating me on my new Best Buy credit card and a notification from the credit company that my credit was checked. Sure enough, a Best Buy credit card showed up in the mail and when I called the store to notify the manager of what happened (because I know they have cameras), no one called me back. I understand the staff make commission on new credit card signups up and now I’m stuck with a credit card that I didn’t want when I told the rep numerous times. Meanwhile, he made the selection on the pin pad for a credit card. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GO TO THIS STORE LOCATION."
