"Wow! What a wonderful getaway for us Inn Keepers! We enjoyed a fantastic stay with other Inn Keepers with a passion for the industry, love of saving historical landmarks, and communities. The Drs Inn of Galax is clean, quiet, historic, steps to downtown and breakfast delicious! The website is not quite live so call direct for reservations. Love this Inn and we will be back!"

"The Doctor’s Inn accommodated us when our Airbnb fell through. They welcomed us and gave us a tour of the beautiful inn and we decided to stay two nights in the green room downstairs. I love the feel of the place in its age and the ornate original wallpaper. Wonderful natural light and a large bathtub were very appreciated. It is very close to the Old Fiddlers Convention if you make a trip! Breakfast both days was delicious and we got to play with Henry, the mini Aussie who is very friendly and cute. The hosts were very kind and hospitable and we will definitely be coming back! Definitely worth staying here if you enjoy getting away somewhere very nice and visually pleasing!"

"We enjoyed a delightful 2 night stay here recently. The house is gorgeous and beautifully but comfortably furnished with antiques. The wide front porch has comfortable chairs/sofas and a swing, perfect for sitting and watching the world go by. Our room was lovely and nicely furnished with lots of thoughtful touches, and the private bath was modern, large, and had lots of counter space. Margo, the innkeeper, is a wonderful cook and whipped up delicious breakfasts. She was extremely helpful and pointed us to nearby attractions and good restaurants. This inn is gracious Southern hospitality at its finest and I heartily recommend it."
