"FTR is a real vibe and my new go to cafe. Not only are the lattes here sublime, the vinyl selection and music are on point. The staff member who worked on Saturday was super nice and we ended up getting a Fred Again vinyl. Real solid collection of records and I’ll be sure to get more. Also saw that there was a chess club on Wed and met the owner Lucas there. Really chill dude and I’ll for sure be a regular here. 10/10"
"Our team had an opportunity to plan a pop-up exhibition at For the Record, which remains one of our best memories in time! The location is perfect and large enough to do any kind of event. The atmosphere itself is very hip and cool! The best part is that the owner of the venue is very gentle and supportive. Regardless of the location, if you like vinyl, you should come to enjoy it with a cup of drink! P.S. Their iced tea and match latte taste delicious! Not very sweet, but well well-balanced!"
"I was looking for a coffee shop that could accommodate events, and this cafe was perfect for it! Everything from the atmosphere to the music was wonderful. Thank you Lucas for sharing us your space!"
"I came here based on recommendations online about how this is a great place to do some work, but unfortunately I didn’t feel this was the case. There are 3-4 small tables near the front (all were occupied on the Friday afternoon I was there) and one large table in the back, but the only seating for it are some stools and a bench, none of which have a back. I’d say it’s only comfortable for a short amount of time, not really a good place to work from. The coffee was ok (it’s personally a little bitter for me, but my friend who likes bitter coffee thought it was good) but the only food option left when we got there was the lemon loaf. The owner is very kind though and tried to be very welcoming, it just wasn’t the space we were hoping for."
