"I keep wanting to consign clothes here . But they are soooo strict on making appointments. Every other place I've gone to including high end consignment shops don't ever say " make an appointment. Even with three items . And I have brought my things here in the past . No matter who is working here they are so abrasive. They go through your things and just dismiss you . And if you ask them questions they are snippy and moody. Especially the one tall blonde ice queen that works there . She is so cold . Not a warm , inviting place to want to do business or shop ."
"Got a nasty look the second I walked in and wasn’t greeted or acknowledged at all. Continued to get nasty looks as I browsed. As I waited to check out (I didn’t even want to purchase due to the continued disrespect), the staff member saw I was waiting to check out and left me standing there. I asked if my item was on sale because another customer was talking about items being 50% off and I was screamed at no the item just arrived (in a tone as if I was supposed to know). I asked general questions about how tags work and was scoffed at and got an eye roll. Beyond the staff, the selection was poor, pricing was very high (they had FashionNova items priced at $49+). I’m an avid vintage collector and this was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Fast fashion, thrift quality at consignment prices."
"Walked into an empty store with the owner behind the counter. Asked if the sold Coach and Michael Kors bags as I have some to sell. She very bruskly informed me they are too busy. I have to make an appointment which will be available July 12. Lol, is that a joke? Musta been my brown skin that made the empty store too busy to look at two bags. Oh well, as an avid thrifter and consignment store shopper, I'll be skipping this store in the future."
"Walked in and the person behind the counter was too busy on her phone to be bothered to help. After waiting a polite amount of time, I asked my question, to which she responded abruptly. I love how superficially these people judged their potential customer. Provincial. If you can't be bothered to be courteous, you have earned this review."
"Immediately as I walked in, the worker (or owner - I don’t really know) began profiling me, looking me up and down, even with as neatly dressed as I was. I got a “Can I help you?” complete with attitude and a scowl. I asked if there were any watches on consignment and proceeded to browse the jewelry. When I asked to see a ring and it didn’t fit, I thanked her and politely declined. With increased attitude and clear dismissal, she’s said “OK THANK YOU NOW”. I turned around to leave (because who wants to be surrounded by that energy) and could hear her muttering louder and louder under her breath as I got closer and closer to the door. I cannot recommend this store to anyone and will tell friends and family to steer clear."
