"You know, I will start by saying that this place is really delicious and I enjoyed it the couple of times that I managed to get it. But, sadly, every time I place an order now, they cancel it. I’ve ordered in the morning and evening and they cancel it every time. Maybe I will go in person someday, even though getting anywhere in Brooklyn is horrifically inconvenient, or maybe not. I don’t like being treated like this just because I order through Uber Eats, which they’ve elected to be part of. For what reason? Why be on there if you DON’T REALLY want online orders?"
