"The food is excellent. Delicious, very good portions. I highly recommend the Murder Burger, the Breakfast Belly Buster, or just a whole wheat bagel with two eggs and cheese. I often do take out, but also have delivery. Recently, they delivered a wrong item, but I called and asked them to deliver the correct one, and they gladly did so. Easily one of the best fast casual joints in the whole neighborhood. Highly recommend!!"

"Wow where do I start. Was so impressed with my breakfast this morning! Especially the coffee. I tried the turkey bacon wrap and my boyfriend got the white egg omelette wrap. We both finished our whole plates and were so impressed with the quality of the food and the short amount of time it took to receive it. The cashier was sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back!"

"STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE. TERRIBLE SERVICE! TERRIBLE ENERGY! I DO NOT RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE. THIS IS HOW THEY HANDED MY BAGEL WITH CREAM CHEESE OVER TO ME. Tiny cream cheese container and a bagel that was not even toasted or cut. They were asking me to charge me $1 for the gloves change. They refused to use clean utensils (to avoid certain food contamination) and said this type of service is not provided here. OWNER SHOULD KNOW HIS BUSINESS IS GOING DOWN BECAUSE OF HIS RUDE EMPLOYEES. NEVER GOING BACK HERE!"

"The food is amazing but goodness the service is awful. Delivery orders take at least an hour, even if you’re a 10 minute drive away. Pick-up doesn’t solve anything either because the food will be ready but it’ll just sit there behind the counter for over 10 minutes and it only gets packaged when someone feels like it. I even let someone know I was there to pick up my order, she looked at my receipt, then my items, then walked away and packed them for me almost 10 minutes later. If I wanted cold food I would have gotten leftovers from the fridge. The food is the only reason I keep coming back."

"I always come here Daily for the best food. BEST STAFF Always smile always know my order. Wait time is close to 1.2 minutes for things. The manager is always in action with the staff. Everyone is polite and respectful. Food is 100 percent spot on. Never have had a bad experience as opposed to other bagel spots I been to is definitely travel out of my way to keep coming back. I've never been happier."
