"Ordered through delivery and we received a sealed bag with our order. When we opened the bag one of the drinks was half empty."

"Black coffee was so hot I have second degree burns on my hand. Do not go here. They cannot place a lid correctly on the coffee. Merry Christmas."

"Living in the area during 2020, I came here like everyday. Great service, great product & clean - like new. However as the years went by, the quality just dropped. Bread is stale, coffee is very watered down & the cashiers aren’t trained well. Guessing it’s due to a change of management however this Dunkin reminds me of one you would find in the hood. The staff all look miserable & change every week. The bathroom now is closed off, customers used to have access to it for years & looks dirty all the time. It’s sad to see one of Staten Island’s crown Dunkin franchises fall to this degree."

"Did not get what I ordered at all the food was inevitable the eggs were rubber the home fries were mushy and they do not know how to follow directions I ordered bacon avocado and tomatoes toast with an egg I got a rubbery egg one piece of bacon and 1 slice of cheese slap together between 2 uncooked raw pieces of sourdough bread which was supposed to be toast I asked for 2 side orders of avocado spread they gave me avocado toast which is not what I wanted I wanted I wanted avocado spread in container disgusted never order again 60 dollars and foo was inedible I guess they don't know how to read and follow with directions and probably need a new manager to let food go out like that is absolutely disgusting never ever ever ever ordering from Dunkin' Donuts again I've been trying to call the store but their phone has been busy for 3 days"

"Large place plenty of seating could have been a bit more cleaner. I ordered a medium cappuccino with skim milk and 2 Stevie did not get that. Got 2 sugars and 3 cream. There was 5 employees and nobody in front of me. How do you mess up a simple order. I always chose Dunkin before Starbucks but have to tell you it's a roll of the dice now of what you get at Dunkin and at almost 5 dollars for a cup they should do better."
