The Factory @ Sloop Brewing 755 East Drive, East Fishkill, NY 12533

"Came on a Saturday evening and it was definitely busy but we were able to get in right away. They have a large building with ample seating, it’s great for groups. For beer, my husband tried the half baked and grounded roots, gave both a thumbs up. For food, we often go for the fried chicken sandwich. It’s always fresh and a large portion. Sometimes I get the burger and that’s good too. We tried the chilaquile tater tots this time. They sounded good but didn’t live up to my expectations, wouldn’t recommend. Our server Kassi did a great job! She had a ton of tables but was very speedy and attentive."

"Amazing spot we kind of stumbled upon. We thought it had a interesting name and then when we learned more about the resturant/brewery the more intrigued we are by it. The food was amazing and looks well put together and the beer was incredibly tasty as well, very worth the visit for the burger/beer lover"

"Fun beer hall atmosphere, nice prices, and creative food selections. I tried the peanut butter burger and liked the combination of PB and pickles. The meat itself was good but it was relatively thin (not bad but just something to know), meaning the size isn't enormous. I like the option to choose from a variety of sides with the burger, without additional cost. I got the broccoli slaw and loved the lemon rind addition. Sour beer was also tasty."

"Finally made it out to Sloop. It's a little out of the way, but pizzas were delicious and nice to share. Also had the leek dip with pretzel and Dan Dan noodle bowl. The pizzas were amazing. The Dan Dan bowl was an awesome size, and spice level, but had a little too much a Chinese 5 spice flavor that was a little overpowering. Finished the meal with the fig dessert pizza and the pan cookie. All of it was amazing and worth the drive out to Sloop!"

"I always like coming here. It’s a funky industrial warehouse environment and has never been too crowded. They’re fast and friendly and it is super spacious with good distance between tables. We’ve tried a variety of foods here- pizzas, burgers, their Asian noodle dishes… and everything is good. Not great, but definitely not bad, and I appreciate how adventurous they are with their menu items."
