"I was recommended by Sam’s Club to try Quality Tire since my tire needed a rope plug. I called this place beforehand to see if they could fit me in since it was around 3 pm on a Friday. The employee on the phone was not helpful because 1. He said their service is first come, first serve and 2. they close at 5:30 but he will be leaving at 5:15. My tire had a nail in it and I didn’t want to drive around town to find a place that late so I headed towards Quality Tire anyway. I didn’t make it inside because while driving by, the place looked closed and also was in a shady area. I can only speak about their phone etiquete and building appearance but I still was not comfortable giving them my service."
