"I’ve been going to this location since high school and now still for college and over the past couple of months the service is not the best they usually miss up my order half of the time I go there one time they ask me if I want something that I didn’t order but say yea sure and then proceed to take 15-20 minutes making me late. Not to mention they one time almost gave me something with coconut while I’m highly allergic to coconut. I constantly repeat myself and clarify what I want and still mess up. Just today the manager I believe made me use money I didn’t want to use my order was $7 I was trying to give her 10 but almost accidentally gave her a 20 because I was half asleep and told her I’ll give her a 10 then makes a terrible excuse and tries to argue with me and sometimes I’m there I see some people have issues too. I go to this location because it’s close to my school when I’m on my way there and don’t have time to get something at home. I’ve had issues with theses people 5 times and it’s unprofessional either get new manager or new employees because I will no longer be running on this dunkin."
"They really need to provide better service! Ordered my order for pick-up and got my order and as I prepared myself to enjoy my hash browns, they are burnt and very hard and crunchy and I can taste the burnt taste on my mouth."

"I work nearby, so I'm here almost every day. The people are awesome and patient, the establishment is nice and clean, and they give good service. During certain times of day it's very busy and can take some time to get your order."
"Today, March 3rd, at 10:25 a.m., I placed an order for black tea...and received a tea bag thrown into the coffee. I haven't drunk coffee for 10 years and I realized it right away.
