Dunkin'

"I am a long time customer and come in this store every day as I consider it one of the best DD's (even though I live in Fort Lee). Today I ordered a medium coffee. The top was not on properly and the moment I sat down, the coffee spilled all over the floor. "I" cleaned it up. When I approached to get a new coffee. They wouldn't give me one. This is the first time I experienced bad service here. I may not come back here as the service has gone way down and some of the employees (who were nice before) have become rude and nasty!"

"I’ve ordered here before on a regular basis as I work in town. Today was the last day. I came in to redeem a deal from the app. The lady at the register gave me such a hard time with it all. I told her what the deal was to which I was told that was not the deal. I showed the deal in the app and then was met with an, “ok are you going to place the order or not?” Just straight up rude. One would think the coffee and milk was being produced on her very own farm!"

"Ordered a hot caramel latte with almond milk but they understood caramel coffee with almond milk. When I came to return it they wanted me to pay again as if they couldn’t replace it. They couldn’t make a decision onsite so they had to call the owner just to have him tell them to make me pay the difference. I’ve been coming to this community Duncan for almost 2 years and can’t understand why they couldn’t just replace it even as a one time courtesy. I spend a lot of money here and a one time courtesy would have gone a long way for a paying customer. Don’t think I will frequent this place as much anymore if they don’t value a community loyal customer."

"I went to buy 3 donuts and by accident they felt on the floor and I had to purchase again and they saw I throw them in garbage no consideration or empathy for costumers the y didn’t loose the three donuts but they lost a regular costumer."
