"Horrible experience!!!! I was so excited to try this restaurant as I had heard that the food was great from a coworker and I read the reviews. I ordered Chicken and waffles , the BBQ burger , rasta Pasta ,and passion punch.Drink never arrived, the pasta was extremely spicy although I selected mild(not palatable and I am a Caribbean used to spice) ,and the worst part I received a RAW burger.!!! I contacted the restaurant and they simply responded lascidacically "oh sorry, my cook is gone now" and nothing further. My family and I could have gotten sick. I wish there had been a better outcome but I won't be trying this again. Response to Zen reply: Yes I wish the person I spoke to provided better communication with your customers. This would have greatly improved customer experience. He simply told me the cook was gone. Bad customer service is a sure way to kill your business."

"Had their shrimp and grits, their crab cakes and now their chicken and waffles!! Omg this food is out of this world!! Tastes amazing, put together very well!! I will definitely be a reoccurring customer at this establishment! So glad Wappingers is starting to bring in some great eateries!!"

"Music A++, atmosphere A++, Food is better than any food in the area. My 3rd time here and I will definitely be back. Came for brunch for the first time. You can tell I don't do brunch often so my husband and I got separate bottomless brunch orders. Wish it was explained to us. One order of bottomless brunch is enough for 2 people. But I will still be back because I love the service, food, and atmosphere. I think our waiter was Gabe. He took care of us the first time we came and today. He is very attentive and welcoming. Please visit this place. We don't have alot of places apart from chain restaurants in the area. And this place is one that needs to stay!"

"I came to Zhen at about 8pm on Monday and I can say I was not only impressed with the food, but also the service of the bartender and what appeared to be the cook. The bartender was very attentive and constantly checked on me and the other individuals in the restaurant. Before my own food came out I watched the cook bring out someone’s food, which I thought was impressive and when my food came out it was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the service was amazing. I’d definitely go back and recommend to family and friends."

"8 Tiny shrimp makes a 9.00 upgrade to a 25.00 dollar dish? The decor is great the service is impeccable. I just need then to make sure the quality of the ingredients is up to par. This isn't my first time here and they always short the dish."
