Reviews
"Really wanted to love this café and make it my regular spot. The service and coffee was average but their laptop policy is what killed it. I was told that I have to work from the center communal table after paying for my drinks. When I asked why, they said "It's just policy." OKAY. I probably wouldn't have made the trip hoping to get some work done. There are plenty of empty tables around but here I am... sipping on my coffee at the communal table writing this review and wondering why this policy exists."
"I have mixed feelings about this place. On one hand, they have some great healthy options at fairly reasonable prices, on the other, what is up with that laptop policy???? The staff can be nice, but I’ve also been here on days where they were really rude. They have some great drinks, and I really like the chicken spinach feta wrap. The chicken is nice and juicy, and the spinach adds a kind of soft element to the sandwich which is really nice. I wish there was more feta in the wrap because it isn’t an overwhelming flavor so it’s not that present in the wrap. I would come here more often if it weren’t for the fact that a cafés main purpose is to work at. The bagels here are also kind of overpriced."
"The first snow falls this year. The weather is cold. I miss warm soup. Such is the atmosphere of this cafe. A place that comes to mind when you want to warm up in cold weather. The friendly staff and simple but not neglectful food. This brunch cafe is highly recommended to those visiting Jackson Heights. I ordered the soup of the day and grilled cheese sandwich combo. A simple salad is also served. I was very satisfied with the mushroom-flavored soup and the cheese sandwich with tomatoes. But above all, let's not forget that the coffee is as delicious as the name of this cafe, right?"
"If I walk around this neighborhood, this is an always go coffee spot. It has a great atmosphere, a wide variety of coffee and food selection. They even serve wine. There's a big outdoor patio as well. The baristas are friendly and helpful. I ordered cappuccino at this time it was delicious, creamy and hot. They have free Wi-Fi, but unfortunately, there are no power outlets."
