"Food wasn’t heated up. I called restaurant, and they never picked up. How are u suppose to eat chicken cold???? Wth"
"On Friday June 30, 2023, around approximately 4:25pm, I came to Subway for a sandwich on whole grain bread. I was told by the owner that this would take 30 minutes before the bread would be ready ready. I returned half an hour later to a very hostile, aggressive owner who acknowledged, "I own this restaurant, if you don't like it, then do not come back. Don't ever come to my restaurant" after I kindly asked again if the bread was ready. Upon my return 30 minutes later, while I waited for the bread to be ready, when I asked whether the bread was ready, she said, "it is still not ready." When I said, "you told me it would be ready in 30 minutes", Ms. Corden then became hostile and replied, "don't come back at all" and added emphatically, "cause I own this restaurant." In the presence of three other customers, Joy Carden, owner, was not only rude, discourteous and extremely boastful raising her voice at me - all because I asked when the bread would be ready after waiting patiently for the time she told me. The cameras on the premises record all transactions which I hope the corporate headquarters will see in order to know just how their Subway brand is represented - with arrogance, obnoxious and disconcerting behavior by a facility owner. I do not eat at Subway very often, but I am a loyal customer familiar with good quality customer service, behavior that was illustrated by her male subordinate, whom I complimented. It is hopeful that the Subway Corporate headquarters will read this post, watch the timestamp on the video recordings and take action because Ms. Carden's behavior was completely inappropriate for the Subway restaurant brand especially when the air quality index was unhealth at 157 today."
"I walked in and started to order minding my business. As I’m telling the lady what I want on my sandwich, I’m point at what i want through the glass but because my finger touched the glass the lady says “would you stop putting your hands on my glass, everytime you do that I have to go back and clean it”. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. That is terrible customer service. I hope this lady gets more training and is corrected on her behavior or is fired, that is never a way to speak to a customer. Her name is Joy, as shown on her name tag."
"Of course people can't do their job. I attempt to go in and the doors are locked. It's 7:53pm. So I Google it and it says open. I call and ask and they say they are closed. Meanwhile all I wanted was a drink. It's funny how people who are broke and can't afford to have a good job want to complain about the jobs they have but can't even do those correctly. What a shame"
"My friends won't go here with me because they're a bunch of hipsters too cool to eat at a corporate chain restaurant. I love subway and I've given this place, in particular, a lot of my business. They told me I had to wear a mask when I came in and it's been a while since the CDC changed the guidelines. Good luck to the owner."
