"Dropped off a company truck last week to get alignment checked, we had one tire wearing on the outside. The alignment guy Joe found the front end out of adjustment and that our tired were separated. 4 new tires and an alignment later we are back on the road to service our customers with a safe truck. "Have gone there twice months apart. The lady at the counter is exceptionally rude and nasty for no reason. She acts as if you’re an idiot and has a very demeaning attitude. This occurred both times I have gone there. I would not recommend going there unless you want to be treated poorly. This young lady definitely needs some customer service training and people skills. I can’t believe she would treat someone this way and the company continues to allow it. If it was possible to leave no stars I would!! Will not be back here for anything and will not be buying anymore vehicles from there either!"
