"If I could give Zero stars I would. I took a day off, came all the way to Manhasset to exchange a bag. The woman who took me would not let me, accusing me of using a bag that was given to me as a gift. Then accusing me of removing the tags. It felt as if I was being singled out because of who I was. Absolutely, ruined my experience coming all this way to Long Island from Queens. I was able to to return the bag and purchase a higher priced product from the store at Hudson Yards the very same day. My experience at Hudson Yards was a complete 180 from my experience at this store. They offered water, showed me different designs. They treated me with dignity and respect"
