"Extremely rude people. After waiting 10 minutes to order for no reason she said “what do you want?” I said oat milk latte and she responded like “NO OAT MILK” without looking at my face. And then she started doing something else and completely ignored me. And I started waiting again to order. Classic Starbucks barista behavior. Educate your workers about costumer service Starbucks! They are playing with phone instead of working while we are waiting 20 minutes just for a drink."

"Went to buy a cold coffee and a cold drink . Waited for more than 20 min after placing the order. Finally got the order after 20 min but they gave us a hot coffee instead of a cold coffee. and they wanted to cancel the previous order and asked us to place a new order. And after that we had to wait another 15 min for them to prepare the coffee again. Because they were serving the people came after us. Our 3 year old son and we all standing and waiting. No apology from the workers. Those workers has NO customer service skills and should not be working in a place like Starbucks."

"DO NOT ORDER at this Starbucks. IT WILL TAKE YOU FOREVER. I visited this place today at around 8pm, which was one hour before they close on 9pm. However, out of the four employees, three were preoccupied with cleaning and clearing up their inventories, and only a single person seemed to be assigned to actually serving customers. Since no one was interested in taking orders, I just had to order through the app. The worst part was, it took an insanely a long time to get my coffee - it took the employee more than 20 minutes to make my drink - and there were only 5-6 people in front of me. This is ridiculous and it was the longest I have ever waited at a coffee shop. When I asked the employee when I could receive my order, she did not bother to check the order status - she just said it's coming up. It did not. Even though there were clearly a lot of people waiting at the store (looking amazed at how things were slow), none of the other three employees even bothered to help with the employee making the drinks. Also, the employee making the drinks was constantly fixing up her hair and touching her phone - which really felt unsanitary, and she seemed to be losing the shaker every two minutes. Starbucks should take care of maintaining quality in their stores."

"My hot americano was served WAY too hot and burned my tongue. I’ve had hundreds or thousands of these from Starbucks but never this hot"

"Fast service, lovely location and atmosphere, good food. Had Chae Tea Latte and Butter Croissant and Chocolate Crossiant. Butter one was fresh and more tasty thẹn chocolate one. Chae Tea Latte was nice."
