Rosa Pizza

"I was pleasantly surprised to see the girl wash her hands after touching money. Usually I notice the opposite. My review is based solely on that because I didn’t try the food. It had an authentic Italian pizzeria smell though. I’d go back to try the food."

"We ordered four different slices of pizza - plain cheese, BBQ chicken, buffalo chicken & mushroom (the latter two are in the photo that I uploaded). Both chicken pizzas were too salty while the pizza dough was too thin, and every time we took a bite, chicken pieces fell off. I ended up leaving the last 1/3 of buffalo chicken pizza. Mushroom was okay and it was good that mushroom was already baked with pizza, instead of adding not-so-fresh mushroom with a pizza and just heat it up. Overall, we know other places that have better pizza, so this will be our last time ever to try this place again. Sorry, but the last thing I want to do in the current world of inflation is to waste my money. P.S: I don’t like the overall attitude of workers there, as they weren’t that nice and no smiling. Maybe it might be the fact that they are Whites and I’m being an Asian-American, but it’s just my guess."

"I was surprised and delighted by Rosa's. The staff is incredibly friendly, the interior is spacious and welcoming, and the pizza is really dang good. It's especially good as finishing piece to the rest of Bay Terrace, as it were; it's really great to know that the same place with your neighborhood theater, grocery store, Starbucks, and post office also has a really great pizza place. While Rosa's is not the absolute bestest pizza I've had in New York, it is still damned fine pizza. Highly recommend."

"Same franchise as Rosa in Maspeth. Cheese amount was too generous on the upside down pizza, less is more here. $26 after tax. A good pizza but shy of addicting. Better when you add garnishes to spice the flavor. Seating is bright and nice."
