"Brought in an electric scooter for a tire issue and got completely ripped off. I completely understand that this is a motorcycle shop, and electric scooters might not be their expertise- however after explaining the issue to them, purchasing the parts and leaving the scooter with them for days… they said they could repair it. They put air in the tire and charged us $45. Went home, rode the scooter and the tire immediately went flat and was unusable again. Don’t even think they changed the tire, and clearly they didn’t even take it for a test ride to make sure they fixed the issue or they would’ve noticed it instantly go flat again! Disappointed they couldn’t be honest in their skillset."

"I have a Boss Hoss trike. Motorcycle with automobile drive line. Bike shops don't want to touch it. Auto shops don't either. I had starting problems and forks were leaking. 701 said to bring it in because they had worked on them before. I just got it home and everything is working great. Excellent work and very reasonable labor rate. I definitely will use them again!"
