"Horrible service , no one was at register and most of the stuff had no pricing so they couldn’t sell it and they had nothing to compare never going here again"
"Policy and procedures are just outright misleading and false. First and foremost people working there are terribly rude for no reason at all. A simple question is like asking them to do something or so they make it seem. I think they seem to forget we are there spending money WE ARE CUSTOMERS. well I definitely will never be returning and I surely do not recommend first and last. Their return, exchange policy is one that I never seen or encounter before mind you this is my first ever purchase at this store. I bought a last minute jumpsuit and wanted to return because it doesn’t fit. Brand new tag on plus receipt!!!! But claims that I can not return nor exchange. Claims the system won’t take it however if I’m exchanging using the credit it’ll come down to the same price I spent which is $40. Technically system does not need to take it im stuck with an $40 jumpsuit that doesn’t even fit. I would be exchanging for $40 worth what would the system not take ?? The receipt ??? DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT COME HERE store is really for plus size."
"The employees are so rude, you can't ask a question, you can't ask for help, Cheryl is rude as well telling an elderly person she doesn't get paid to help customers on her lunch break when in fact there wasn't enough employees working. If you do not like your job get a new one, please remember the reason you have your job and the reason the store is running is because you have shoppers. Appreciate and be kind."
"You ask a harmless simple question ,you get your head chewed off ?? Rude is correct! Woman at the register was so upset with me regarding a quick question I had! Some individuals should not be working in customer service."
